Need your drycleaning picked up or delivered? Lloyds offers Pickup & Delivery service right to your front door! If you live in Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, Branson, Republic, Forsyth, Hollister, or even Branson West, we can pick it up, and have it back to you in just a couple of days. Don’t want us coming to your house? We can also pick up and drop off at your office as well! Where you go; Lloyds goes.

Frequently Asked Questions
We only charge a $1.00 per pick-up. You pay the same prices we charge in our stores. The small charge is to offset varying fuel costs.
Your clothes will be picked up and dropped off at your predetermined location. This can be an Office, Closet, Front Porch, or any other weather protected area.
You will have a scheduled delivery time, twice a week.
We will provide you with a free “Lloyds Dry Cleaning” bag.
No. Your driver will pick-up and drop off at your pre-determined location.
When you sign up, you will be contacted by one of our drivers to schedule your pick-up and drop-off days. Depending on where you live or work, it will be Monday/Wednesday, Wednesday/Friday, or Tuesday/Thursday.
We will inform you of schedule changes around the Holidays.
Yes. We recycle metal and plastic hangers. Place them in the top of your bag, and the driver will pick them up.
Just leave a detailed note, about the garment (be specific), in your bag, and we’ll do the rest.
Contact your driver as soon as possible, so we can take care of the issue.
Yes. Pin the alteration instructions to the garment. It will take about a week on alterations.
We will charge your cleaning directly to your credit card once it has been delivered.
Yes. The information is stored off premises and not in our system.
